What comes when the love and the life you and I so invested in and loved…leaves this earth?
We experience life as never before.
And we see life differently than ever before. We see others around us in new ways.
Scott, my beloved child on the Other Side is my teacher. He is a teacher for all of us…
I’ve learned…from Scott…
What we do…day in and day out after…after… is soul planned. Yes.
Soul planned means we planned our lives before we were born. We are following a plan that creates love, joy, pain, grief and everything in between.
Why would we plan a life that could bring such excruciating pain, confusion, anger, mystery and more?
It is life.
Unknowingly we enter into this world…and begin our lives as they have been planned.
We are born to the parents and into the family we chose to be with in this lifetime.
It is life that is filled with meaning…in ways we have never known before.
Scott has told us many times… Nothing is random.
And depending on your beliefs, your upbringing, or what you’ve known up to this day…that may be hard to take in… Can you stay with us? And see more?
Scott in Spirit…my only child…channels these words through me to teach us.
Last year…the blog Death Teaches was about my life as Sara, my grief with Scott’s sudden death. So many painful…and yet, inspiring experiences have come in my twenty year journey.…

New purpose and meaning began to filter into my seemingly broken life.
New friends, new beliefs, a new kind of me.
This year…2015…is the time that our blog will bring greater clarity as Scott channels Spirit’s words through me…
And takes us to those unknown places in grief…the answers we so desperately are seeking and need.
Many aspects of grief and the afterlife that I had no access to either. My grief was raw and tested me daily. I wanted to leave this earth…and find peace in that place Scott now exists.
It did not happen. It was not meant to happen any other way…than it has.
Scott’s words…
As Scott in Spirit, we on the Other Side, Heaven, with God, in Spirit…are ready to share this with you as you seek the most needed answers in life and death…your life and the death of your beloved.
We know you are ready.
Courageous souls you all are.
Coming onto the earth plane to be shown that life is tough…hard…so hard you want to leave…and yet you stay.
Why? Because the life you planned before you were born determines the day you die as well.
When you are born…before you are born…there is a clear knowing in Spirit that your life and death will be exactly as it was planned before you were even conceived.
This is the bigger picture…
Life and death cannot happen until it is time for it to…happen.
If your beloved died at the hands of another, or a ravishing disease came, drugs were taken, an accident, sudden death due to any cause…or the many ways death occurs…
We can assure you that their life was complete. It had been planned in such beautiful, loving, and precise ways to create a complete life experience for that courageous soul within a body.
All lives are planned within the unconditional love of God, Spirit…with great meaning and purpose…growth for the soul…and the soul work of others.
You…who must go on without that precious love in your life…as it was…must begin working on your life within the grief and pain…
For Mom/Sara…her life without a child to love and nurture after my death…forced her to see others with children move on in life… Scott’s friends graduated from college, married and have children now… She had to work through every day of the last twenty years to find meaning and balance…and to begin to trust that life means much more than she could have ever known…
A new reality…
The signs, the music that played to her …”Lean on Me”, “Hero”, “You Raise Me Up”,
“You’ll Never Walk Alone”, “Because You Loved Me”, and so many more…came to her through the sound systems in Walgreen’s, Lowe’s, the nail salon, restaurants, and so many other unlikely places…
They came…and she knew somehow…they were for her. For her.
And then she listened even more closely…knowing that I as Scott was connecting with her…everywhere…
Has that happened for you? Not yet? It’s OK…your connections have been planned FOR you…with your loved ones…before you were born…for all the unique ways needed for your stay here on earth…
This love you share is not merely this life…it has spanned many lifetimes.
This is deep…
Lives that cannot be limited because the love has changed form…from body to spirit… Your life…your loved ones…
Spirit to Spirit…
Remember YOU are a spiritual being having human experiences… Your loved ones are Spirit…no longer in the body…but so aware of the life plan you planned and continue to share with one another…
Spirit to Spirit…
Trusting that the love you feel ever so present within your missing and grief…pushes you to SEE more and feel more…and creates an incredibly strong bond with the Other Side…the bigger picture…

Yes, I also have had the SONG experiences…..often drums since he was a drummer. I would also like to be a channel, but that has not yet occurred.
So good to have the music be a sign for you Patricia, especially drums…so wonderful! You know the connection remains! This is the spiritual way our children and loved ones tune into our hearts. They know we will listen! xox

I so understand your pain and missing Elizabeth. My heart goes out to you… I am glad you have found our blog. I hope reading more about my experiences and Scott’s words will help you see more in your own grief…and life. I know Paul (my only child) is with me. Every day, I see something on TV with a photo of San Francisco, where he lived and died. I also hear music from several of his favorite artists. It’s comforting, yet still painful. I look forward to hearing more from you and Scott (Spirit).
